We've implemented enhanced data synchronization for both Health Connect and Garmin integrations. Health Connect now includes location (route) data when syncing activity data to Health Connect. Please note that not all apps that read activity data from Health Connect will also read the route data.

We've also made improvements to the Garmin sync to ensure smoother data transfer, even when your phone restricts background app usage.
